It's still early enough that I can put everything away and whatever else I have to do and still have time before bed. I guess it also helps the supermarket is only 5min drive away!

And I agree with the fruit side of things, it definately gets eaten more if it's already cut up. I leave things where my daughter can reach and during the day she will just grab a plate and make her own fruit salad.MuMmARathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09905885414860800241noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309667721341959430.post-30622391787780079892010-01-11T05:15:18.074+08:002010-01-11T05:15:18.074+08:00When our boys were little (2 under 2) I found it e...When our boys were little (2 under 2) I found it easy to use sling for baby, and get toddler to 'help'.
Now they're older (5 and 3.5) it's easier to shop and pack away after dinner when DH can feed them, and I'm home before bedtime.Paulettehttp://paulette.nexxusconsulting.com.aunoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309667721341959430.post-43281687532409881262010-01-11T04:34:57.966+08:002010-01-11T04:34:57.966+08:00Awesome Jade Thanks :)

Buy pre-cut fruit from veggie shops as a "treat" - still cheaper than a chocolate bar and a lot better for you!
3. Put your baby in the sling, your toddler in front of the DVD and chop fruit as usual. When your baby is bigger, put them in the high chair, and feed them fruit as you go.

... not that I ever get organised enough to do it, but it is possible! (I prefer to sew than chop fruit!)AShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02667293385177719460noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309667721341959430.post-67389073217083467602010-01-10T20:44:58.192+08:002010-01-10T20:44:58.192+08:00No idea Julie- I will have to wait and see on that...No idea Julie- I will have to wait and see on that one !! Just a quick question....how will you cut up your fruit/vegies when your little one comes along. I found I was able to put shopping away/split meat etc etc when I had one child but now I have two I struggle to do everything thoroughly.
Thanks,
JulieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4309667721341959430.post-65956181177372373702010-01-10T12:40:41.109+08:002010-01-10T12:40:41.109+08:00Hi Jen : ) I used a Tupperware Rock and serve but ...Hi Jen : ) I used a Tupperware Rock and serve but I think anything airtight would work.
