Looking forward to receiving my kit.
So I am going to change a few things for this year.
1. I am going to take the journaling cards with me and journal throughout the week- in the moment. I am hoping this will help me to tell my stories in more detail and more in the moment.
2. I am going to put my entire album together when I get it as I am going to be really busy this year so this will be one less thing to do : ) Dating the weeks gives me one less thing to do during the year.
3. I am going to try and do some multiple photo 6x4 prints (you can get these done at Big W) instead of thinking I have to choose one favourite photo per day.
I hope you are all coming on this exciting journey, I can absolutely guarantee you that you will not regret one minute of participating in this project. The end product is something you will treasure forever.
Here is one of my shots from last week. Just Flynn creating some Australis day art, you can't see it in this photo but there is a die cut of Australia tapped to this paper that Flynn is "colouring" on. I am going to make these into some little cards which I will be sharing soon.

Hi Jade,
I was SO excited to see the Fedex man today - he had my Project Life Kit!!
I ordered mine to be sent to a US address then shipped to me with stock we order for our import business, so YAY!
Now I am just poring over it all and trying to figure it all out - need to print photos this week so I can get started!
It was SUCH a great price - I wonder will it go up next year? What do you think? Is the price comparable to similar years with Project 365 (was that even a kit? I am new to this!)
I have never had the time to scrapbook in the traditional sense despite a serious want to do so - and I am itching to get started - this format is perfect for someone like me!

I have just collected mine!!! It looks great but slightly terrifying (I've never scrapbooked). You inspired me and my daughters will no doubt love it in the future.
By the way love your blog!! I am slowly making my way through my house, pantry, garage, laundry - it sounds stupid but i actually feel my stress levels going down. Keep up the good work. Sandy
I am eagerly awaiting mine and have my photos printed ready to go in. One thing I can thoroughly recommend is printing at home, as you go. I have a "routine" which I follow each day, which begins with me downloading the picture from my camera and ends with me putting it into the Project Life page (for now, that means a stack waiting for the folder!)
I am really happy with the quality of the photos I get from my printer, which is just a HP multifunction with photosmart features and means I will be motivated by the daily growth of my album.
Like you, I will pre-assemble the album when I get it, ready to just drop the photos into.
I make a short note with each photo when I upload it and that will spark any additional joournalling.
I created a checklist which is kept right next to my camera (which I keep next to my computer!) so I don't miss a step - you can see it here: http://justaboutscrapping.blogspot.com/2010/01/my-365-checklist.html
Have fun!
