The Life of a Super Organized Mum

Wednesday, November 11, 2009

My oh my : (

When Flynn came home like this on the weekend after going for a walk in the forest with Daddy I was sad : ( My whole life of dirt and mud and mess flashed before me, then I realized it is just one of the joys of having boys !!! (He did actually have sandals on this is how dirty they got with shoes on)

Apologies for the lacking of organizing posts my reasons for this will soon become clear, but rest assured there will be a post on linen closet organization later on this week and also getting organized for Christmas so look out for those : )

Jade, that's about what my feet look like on a daily basis after playing with the dogs in the backyard. My kingdom for a lawn!

I think it's great that Flynn is such an active little boy, and gets so many different activities, he's lucky to have such involved parents as yourself and your husband.

Looking forward to some more organising tips!

Don't blame it on the gender. I have 2 boys and 1 girl and this is a frequent colour in my place. The only difference is with my daughter it's all over her fairy dress, orher skirt has oil on it from when she gets it stuck in the bike chain.

I love the fact it washes off, I hate that in encouraging independence I know I will have to rewipe the bathroom when they have washed their hands or had a bath.

Yes my little 'girl' is never clean she loves dirt and mud and grease! I think though because she loves having a bath so much, the dirtier she gets the better the bath fun!

And yes we've had the fairy dress covered in grease!
