How to have a stress free morning (when you work)

So I have already posted a few of the key things I do daily to keep organized and these are especially helpful when you work like I do. These include meal and menu planning and having a morning routine and checklist.

The other thing I like to do is lay out as much of my lunch and breakfast as I can for the morning and plan what I am going to pack. This was my POTD for yesterday before I left for work. I get out all of the Tupperware I am going to use the night before and what fruits I am going to have.

Cold stuff like yoghurts, drinks etc I pack in the morning. In this photo some stuff I had packed that morning like the strawberries. I even get out my coffee mug and put the sugar and spoon in ready. It means that in the morning when I am running around like a headless chook I have a few less things to think about if all of this is already done!!

You can of course adapt this for your school aged kids as well. : )

Good idea. I do this kind of thing but with my kids school uniforms. I make them hang their uniforms on a hanger for the next day complete with socks, underwear even hairbands and scrunchies. Then I make them put their shoes underneath. This way I know everything is clean and ready and the kids just have to get up and put on everything that is on the hanger. I came up with this idea after my son would be missing one sock or one shoe every single day and it was driving me crazy :)
