If you don't like baking...
Then these are for you : ) I know a lot of your who read this blog don't necessarily like to bake and so this post is especially for you. These chocolate balls are one of my favourite desserts, they are super easy to make and really yummy, perfect!
Ingredients-
1 packet of milk arrowroot biscuits
1 can of condensed milk
Desiccated coconut
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
Put half of the biscuits in a zip lock bag and break up into tidy pieces with a wooden rolling pin. Repeat this process until all of the biscuits are crushed into very small pieces.
Add the condensed milk and cocoa in a bowl and stir until all ingredients are combined.
Roll out the mixture into small balls and then roll the balls in coconut.
Put them in the fridge to set (or if you are really impatient like me put them in the freezer for 10 minutes)

Hi!
I made your yummy yoghurt icypole today! Can't wait for them to freeze. Do you have some other 'non yoghurt' icypole faves you can share?
These are a hit in my house anytime I make them. So easy. My hubby made them for the first time a few weeks ago and couldn't get over how easy they were.
YUM! A favourite dessert in our house too. If I'm taking them somewhere, I have to make them just before we go out or else a quick taste test turns into half of the balls gone. Lol!
I love reading your blog Jade. So many great ideas and recipes :)
I didn't even think about the freezer in 10 mins! Thanks.
I loves these as well , instead of coconut I use chocolate sprinkles & some times the kids like them rolled in 100's & 1000's . Very quick & easy to make .
Sounds great but I'm a bit confused. Do you only use 1/2 a packet of biscuits for the whole recipe or are you saying only squash 1/2 a packet at a time?
These look yummy Jade. I've made similar ones before but these sound delicious - anything with condensed milk is a winner in my books!
Goody2Shoes- I squash half at a time or they will not get into the really small pieces : ) I will edit the recipe so it is more clear as you need to repeat this to get the whole packet done !!
Thanks Jade. Was probably just me being a bit vague today :) I'll make some this weekend.
BTW, I've made your little puddings twice now. Everyone thinks I'm so clever - until I fess up that I didn't make them from scratch.
I wizz my biscuits in a food processor = quicker and less mess!
I've also added sultanas or chopped dates to add extra chewiness. Yum!
Just an idea, you can add some food colouring to the coconut to make them extra Chistmasy.
I have put half in red and half in green. Photos will be on my blog later :)
